My name is Edit, I am from Lithuania but our family has got the apartment in Xabia. We would like to get the habitation certificate and to do this online. We have got all the documents from the architect. As we know we need to attach to the application at the Javea City Council to obtain the certificate of occupancy. But the problem is that we don't speek spanish. Could you recomend us ow to solve this problem?
